Wake-Up Saturdays

Saturdays  at   8:00

Summer is here!

The sun rises early, the sea is waiting for us

An early morning swim session is the perfect start of our day in Athens

Under the shade of the local tamarisk trees or in the sun, we start with an easy going warmup on land to wake-up body & mind

We take a moment to enjoy the view of our swimming route and we jump into the water

An easy-paced swim with a few drills will help us familiarize with our surroundings and lead us to the first point of our route

We take a brief rest, spot our next target and set off

Point to point distances range from 200m up to 1200m with rest times in-between

We always regroup at our target points before heading to the next spot, constantly swimming parallel to the shoreline (max 50m from the shore)

Our swim finishes with a cool down and bit of stretching on dry land

We rinse off the salt water and get dressed, ready to enjoy the rest of the weekend!

Looking forward to swimming together!
